Betty Jean Aucoin’s visits to libraries across Nova Scotia have been among the most heartfelt and meaningful moments in sharing RISE: Living Life Over Cancer.
From Shelburne to Liverpool to Truro and beyond, each library welcomed her with warmth, care, and community support. These gatherings created space for meaningful conversations filled with courage, reflection, hope, and connection.

Bookstores and Fairs

Betty Jean Aucoin represented RISE: Living Life Over Cancer and Living Life Over Cancer Wellness & Coaching at the Halifax Wellness Show.
The event provided a meaningful opportunity to connect with attendees, share the message of hope, resilience, and whole-person wellness, and introduce visitors to the mind, body, heart, and spirit framework woven throughout her work.
Through conversations, book signings, and wellness resources, Betty Jean invited participants to reflect on self-care, mindful living, and the importance of nourishing ourselves through every season of life.
Mindful Movement & Yoga Sessions

Summer Lakeside Yoga begins on Canada Day, Wednesday, July 1.
Join Betty Jean Aucoin for gentle Wednesday morning yoga at Fancy Lake from 9:30 to 10:30, running July 1 through August 26.
This peaceful lakeside practice invites participants to pause, breathe, stretch, and reconnect with mind, body, heart, and spirit.
