As summer begins to shift and life starts to speed up again, this is a gentle reminder to slow down, ground ourselves, and make space for stillness. Being still does not mean being stuck. Sometimes it is exactly what we need to move forward with greater clarity.

Where do you find your peace? For me, it is on the lake, where nature, movement and stillness bring me back to the present. Peace does not remove uncertainty, but it reminds me not to give tomorrow the gift of today.
