Supercharge Your Health with this Super Food Stew Recipe



It is not about eating one or two "magical" foods.

It is about a diet centred around plant foods

because they are ALL superfoods!


I am blessed to be surrounded by an amazing group of friends who have become family. This support has truly been a gift during my cancer journey. Whether we practice yoga together, go for a walk or chat over coffee, I am always supported by new insights and experiences. Social interaction helps us reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. It also helps us promote physical activity, healthy eating, and overall well-being.


This recipe was shared by one of my walking buddies, Kathy McNally. Kathy is considered an excellent cook and creates many delicious dishes using plant-based ingredients. She shared this superfood recipe with me during a walk this week. This stew is made up of many famous superfoods and is not only healthful but also delicious.


Last night, with sleet, hail and heavy rain outside, we were warmed up by this delicious stew. Served with whole-grain bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar. We are expecting another storm in the middle of the week. The sun is shining today. This is a great day to invite friends for a walk and then go out and buy those super ingredients to make this healthy and delicious stew.
