🐟 Ingredients
2 fresh red snapper fillets
1–2 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of ½ lime or lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Optional: fresh herbs such as cilantro or parsley
🍋 Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) or heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
Pat fillets dry and place on a baking sheet or in the skillet.
Drizzle with olive oil and citrus juice.
Season with garlic, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side, until the fish flakes easily.
Finish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
