2 Easy and Delicious Granola Recipes for a Healthy Start to Your Day

On the fourth day of the Christmas countdown, my true self gave me two great granola recipes. Granola is a great start to a healthy breakfast. Oats contain cancer-preventing fibre and important vitamins. When it comes to nuts, I often choose walnuts. They are rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Polyphenols protect body tissues from diseases such as cancer, coronary heart disease, and inflammation.


Two of my favourite recipes were given to me by friends. One recipe is nut-free so people with diverticular disease can enjoy the benefits of eating granola. Wheat germ provides a nutty flavour in this recipe. The other recipe comes from a friend who loves simple recipes with big tastes like me. This recipe is a quick, easy, and healthy alternative to your breakfast cereal.


Both recipes include healthy alternatives to white/brown sugar, vegetable oil, sweetened coconut, table salt, and bleached parchment paper.,
