"Delicious Gluten-Free Blueberry Crumble Recipe to Satisfy Your Sweet Tooth"

Nova Scotia is famous for its Blueberry farms and wineries. I love to pick high-bush blueberries at Lunenburg County Winery near Mahone Bay. I freeze the blueberries each year for smoothies and other recipes.

Walking the loop in our neighbourhood with friends is for social as much as exercise. Here, we catch up on the latest news, share recipes, and keep ourselves healthy. Yesterday, on my walk, our famed Betty Crocker, Nancy Wilcox Richards, shared this recipe and gave it an A+ for ease and taste.

Blueberries, often hailed as a superfood, are packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that offer a myriad of health benefits. For instance, they are a rich source of heart-healthy vitamin K, and their high antioxidant content makes them a natural shield against free radicals.

Blueberries are not only good for you but also taste great and are gluten-free. This recipe's sweetness comes from maple syrup, a Canadian favourite. Did you know that pure maple syrup is not just a sweetener but also a source of antioxidants and nutrients like riboflavin, zinc, magnesium, calcium, and potassium?

Gather blueberries for this delicious recipe at your local farm, farmers market, grocery store, or freezer. Know that when you enjoy each bite, you share the love with your body.
