Sunday is placed at the week's end to give us a chance to rest, reflect, and make a clean slate for the week ahead. One of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves is permission to let go, especially of difficult things we have experienced in the past.
New beginnings offer the opportunity for a fresh start, an opportunity to embrace a new perspective on a problem, and an opportunity to begin again, with renewed purpose and hope.
Take some time today to rest and prepare for the new week. Be kind to yourself and don't carry your problems into the following week. Create a mantra from the list below to remind yourself that you are in control.
I am enough
I let go of my anger
I choose to move on
I am healing myself
This too shall pass
My past does not define me
I inhale peace and exhale worry
I am free
