What is your Why?

Everyone who makes a commitment to their health and wellness has a why. This "Why" supports us in maintaining changes in our lives until they become habits of mind and practice. My "Why" is to continue to enjoy my well-deserved retirement with Raymond and join him, our son, and his partner in welcoming future grandchildren into our family.
