What is your Why?

Everyone who makes a commitment to their health and wellness has a why. This "Why" is what supports us in maintaining changes in our life until they become habits of mind and practice. My "Why," is to continue to enjoy my well deserved retirement with Raymond and join him, our son and his partner in welcoming future grandchildren into our family.


Think about your Why.

Write it down and put it in a safe place.

Commit to it.


Keep it at the forefront of your mind when reading my posts supportive of your health, mindfulness, and resilience.
